How long do I have to return an item? Can I get a refund?

Contact info@drag-on.group within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. Please note that some products are only eligible for store credit.

Self-serve returns are also available via your customer account.

All returns require a receipt or other proof of purchase (e.g. original confirmation email). 

 

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible to request a refund or replacement.

We also appreciate your help identifying and documenting issues so we can improve our offerings.  

 

My item doesn't fit. Can I return it?

We are happy to exchange sizes if the correct size is available from our suppliers. If your size is not available, we will issue a store credit upon receiving and accepting your return.

To the extent possible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. 

 

How long will my refund take?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
